• Property Tax Exemption Program: 3 approved by Fargo Commission totaling $34,685 in exemptions and $1,045,200 in PILOT.
• Pace/Flex Pace Program: 5 new loans approved by GIF in 2015 totaling $233,000. In 2015, $550,636 loaned over 11 applications.
