IF A PERSON IS FUNCTIONALLY UNABLE TO USE THE FIXED ROUTE SERVICE

• DURING THE SAME SERVICE HOURS AND
• WITHIN 3/4 MILE OF THE ROUTE

• Can not “get” to the bus

Service Criteria
• Same days and hours as fixed route
• Reservations on a next-day basis
• Serve all locations within 3/4 mile of routes
• No trip limits or priorities
• Fares not more than 2x fixed route
• Negotiate pick-up within 1 hour of request
• No pattern of capacity constraints
