Holding you plaster over a trash can , snip edge of cup with scissors.
Gently peel cup off. Throw plastic cup away in trash can Hang scissors on peg board.

Use a SOFT drawing pencil, if you have one.
Mechanical pencils do not draw well on plaster.

Draw the opposite view on the “back” of your plaster.
Identify the “top” or tallest point of your sculpture and mark it on the plaster.
Continue this process for the sides and bottom.
