Oxygen Desktop (Win & Mac)

The Oxygen desktop client appears as a native drive on your computer.

You can interact with your Oxygen drive the same way you would your “C:” drive or “Hard Disk”.

It is directly mapped to your storage and displays everything you have access to in a familiar file structure.

Two ways to sync files

Right-click a .cloud file → find Oxygen in the drop down → select “Sync”

Selective Sync

You don't need every file stored locally because you can access them anytime.

Oxygen provides a unique “selective sync” capability that allows you to sync (store locally) files that you need to access or make edits to.

This gives you the power of local performance and saves space on your devices.

To UnsyncRight-click → “Oxygen” → “Unsync”

Spaces

Spaces are shared folders where you and your team can share files.

Spaces have pink tabs and only appear in your Oxygen clients if you have access to them.

You can have access to multiple spaces and your admin will decide your appropriate levels of permissions (read/write privileges) on a per space basis

Important Take-aways

Oxygen acts as a native drive on all your devices.– Copy/paste– Save directly– Drag & drop files into Oxygen

Selective sync allows you to pick and choose what you want to store and access locally.

Spaces are shared folders that provide you and the other users in it a single area to save files to. Once a file is shared in a Space, it can easily be accessed by any members in that space from any device.

“Share this file” allows you the option to securely share a single file with anybody inside or outside of your company.
