business by IBMEC (MBA Business Management) in 2002, and certified in BMG-CANVAS
in 2011.
Sales Executive multicultural focusing on customer solutions, with 30 years experience in
telecommunications, working in business for the past 13 years generating 50 M USD in
business for the past 7 years in large accounts such as TIM, OI, PETROBRAS, GLOBO,
RNP etc ... It was one of those responsible for leading the startup RIM (BlackBerry) in
Brazil in 2007 and founded the MQ4F advice and representation in 2011. Currently has a
representation with the IP-Solutions (Swedish company) for training and consulting with
