Plenary sessions . Training featuring keynote speakers and short presentations highlighted by audiovisuals.

Group discussion sessions. Discussion based on plenary session topics with about 20 other governors-elect facilitated by a training leader.

Small-group meetings conducted by RI staff addressing regional concerns and administrative responsibilities and resources available through RI.

Booths and Rotary displays.

Resources including RI and Foundation staff, convention information, and licensed merchandise

Dress code

The dress code for the assembly is the business attire of participant's culture.

The following events, national dress is encourage; otherwise the appropriate attire is business suits for man (Tuxedos are optional) and formal or semiformal dress for women:

- Go Forth to serve Banquets

Training leaders Selected from around the world by the president-elect to lead group discussion sessions

International Assembly moderator Appointed by the president-elect to ensure quality training of governors-elect

Theme materials Package for each governor-elect containing

sample copies of theme materials Name badges will be required for entry into all

meal functions.

1. Participate in an infant literacy service project.

2. Assembling infant literacy kits, to promote the importance of reading to young children.

3. President-elect D.K Lee and his spouse

Young Ja request that you bring two books from your country to include as part of the kit.

Please bring two picture books appropriate for infants and toddlers
