Impracticality of being human sloths
Based on personal experience, the decision was made to study the lack of proper sleep quality among college students.
Sleep quality (type and consistency) vs. Sleep quantity (amount of sleep)
According to researchers like Serge Onyper of the Department of Psychology at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY and Hannah Lund of Virginia Commonwealth university, a college student needs 8.4 hours of sleep but many report to receiving roughly 6 or 7 Based on their studies Students reported that due to the lack of
proper sleep, they suffered negative effects
