David Townsend, Chief Executive Officer and President of EB5 Florida Real Estate Regional Center, founded Park Development Corporation in 1996 and City Center West Orange LLC in 2013. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and more than 38 years of real estate, finance, development and marketing experience. A highly successful and respected real estate developer, Mr. Townsend specializes in Class “A” mixed-use developments that maximize land use, aesthetics appeal, and financial returns.
Brian Robinson, Vice President of EB5 Florida Real Estate Regional Center, has been with Park Development since 2005 and serves as Chief Operating Officer of City Center West Orange. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Having specialized in structuring acquisition and development financing facilities for commercial borrowers, Mr. Robinson is responsible for arranging traditional financing for the project.
Jean Amm, Vice President - Development of EB5 Florida Real Estate Regional Center, has been working with Park Development since 1999 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Engineering and Construction Officer of City Center West Orange. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and nearly 30 years of civil engineering, project management and construction management experience. Also possessing a Class A General Contractor’s license, Mr. Amm is responsible for all development and construction activities.
James Lavigne, the primary Immigration Counsel for EB5 Florida Real Estate Regional Center, has been practicing law since 1975 and is the Founding Partner of American Lawyers International. He has an American Juris Doctorate (JD) and an English Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Law.
