Think of health maintenance as if they were minutes running out on a cellphone bill. In order for you to keep using the phone, you must keep the bill paid. Same with your health; You must eat healthy foods that give you energy, including proper water and air. This isn’t a “maybe” it’s a “must.” With great foods you perform at your best

Everyone loves music of SOME kind! Music often has a rhythm, with lyrics that are usually easy to memorize, and (in theory), those lyrics are inspiring to you.
Have you ever tried to change your musical diet? It is said that too much of ANYTHING can kill you. Sure, thats a bit extreme if all you listen to is classical jazz all day. But you get the point. Change the channel! Create a custom station with Pandora or iHeart Radio!
