Here’s a weekend project that anyone can do. Dress up a dresser with new paint and knobs. GIVE A DRESSER A GET READY Empty the contents and remove the existing drawer pulls or knobs. 1 1 APPLY NEW HARDWARE Once the dresser is dry, screw on the gorgeous new knobs you’ve picked out. And, voila! 4 4 SAND + PRIME Sand the outside to create a rough surface for the paint to stick to. Then apply a coat of primer and let it dry. 2 2 PICK PRETTY PAINTS Use a fat brush or roller and let it dry between coats. For fun, paint one of the drawers with a contrasting color or pattern! 3 3 EXTRA CREDIT Line the drawers with wallpaper to dress up the inside, too! HOMESENSE.COM
