Nature InspireTime out for something new

In the pressurised, technologically-driven modern working environment, it’s important to take time out and relax. Outdoor activities such as bush craft and foraging are gaining popularity as adults seek to re-connect with traditional, simpler skills. Get Out More’s Nature Inspire events are engaging activities that can fit into a short time slot, whether it’s your conference break, team away day or after work social.

£495 for 1 to 3 hour activity, numbers negotiable according to the activity

About UsGet Out More CIC is a social enterprise that helps people engage with nature to feel better in mind and body. We run outdoor programmes for schools, community groups and businesses and reinvest profits to extend opportunities to disadvantaged communities and supporting woodland conservation.

Our Nature events are carefully designed to meet businesses’ employee wellbeing and engagement needs. Events take place all year round, are led by qualified outdoor practitioners and meet stringent health and safety standards.

Nature CapitalA wellbeing programme with impact

Regular contact with nature helps individuals improve their health, resilience and productivity, according to latest research. Nature Capital is a programme in which your employees will take part in a series of sessions specially designed to step outside of workplace pressures and develop a healthy perspective. With engaging activities and time to talk, reflect and reconnect, staff will feel energised and renewed.

£1,095 for a group of 15 for four 2 to 3 hour sessions

Nature ConnectAn away day with a difference

Outside the confines of the office, staff can reconnect with themselves, their colleagues and their wellbeing on a new level. Nature Connect away days are not about competitive games or scary challenges; our skilled outdoor professionals ensure your teams enjoy sharing valuable time in the great outdoors. Evidence shows that the experience of being in the wild, learning new skills and connecting with nature brings people together, builds positive relationships and promotes wellbeing.

£895 for a team of up to 15 staff for one 6 hour session
