CAMPBELLTOWN HOSPITAL REDEVELOPMENT Get involved in the future of Campbelltown Hospital We are committed to working with the local community throughout the project, from the design of the new building and planning the new services, to opening and launching new wards and services. We have made a commitment to work with the local community to get feedback and input on how we deliver the new buildings and services. We will work with patients and their carers, clinical and non- clinical staff, community representatives, local Council and non-Government organisations as well as local teaching and education partners. To be part of the redevelopment and to see first-hand how the project is being run, express your interest to become a community representative by completing an application form on the Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment website. Planning has commenced for the $632 million upgrade of Campbelltown Hospital. A new clinical services building will be delivered and existing buildings will be refurbished. More clinical services and medical specialities will be available at the Hospital which means the local community will have access to healthcare closer to home. The redevelopment will improve patient flow, provide better access to the Hospital, food and retail outlets and increased job opportunities. A multi-storey carpark will also be delivered separate to the $632 million upgrade. It’s an exciting time for the local community with the NSW Government investing $632 million for stage 2 of the Campbelltown Hospital redevelopment. The redevelopment vision is ‘Leading Macarthur to Better Health’. We will do this by working closely with the local community to deliver enhanced services that meet the local community’s healthcare needs. Artist’s impression
