Total - 7,000 square feet
Oversized pre-fabricated concrete protective liner panels were placed on forms.
Internal view of wall. After concrete was poured and cured, the forms were removed. The liner panels werethen welded together and all tie holes were capped.
Screeds were formed and poured in floor. Strips of concrete protective liner were
then placed on the screeds.
Concrete was placed and screeded.

Floor panels were placed between screeds. Plywood was placed on panels and concrete blocks were used to
keep the panels in place until the concrete cured.
Floor panels were prepared for welding in the areaswhere they intersected on top of the screed strips.

The double contained pre-fabricated CPL cylinders areshown here ready for shipment to the concrete precaster.
Foam disks were placed in penetration areas to block out concrete when poured.

The secondary liner is extrusion welded and a 2”cap strip is extrusion welded to the primary liner.
