GeoGebra

Activities completed Workshop on GeoGebra by Markus H. (April

11-12, 2008. About 20 participants: teachers of grades 7-12 and university faculty. Six participants take a one-unit course by learning more about resources in Wiki and designing instructional materials, perfecting each others’ work.)

One Master’s Project about teaching a unit of high school geometry with GeoGebra

Activities in progress Proposals were submitted for conference

presentations by three speakers at the California Mathematics Council’s Southern and Northern Section conferences (Palm Springs, November, 2008 and Asilomar, December, 2008).

We will use GeoGebra in two summer courses (algebra and geometry) for prospective high school teachers (impact on about 30 teachers).
