• Young Adults: By engaging and mentoring the young adults aged 16 years to 25 years we have defied modern millennial and New England trends; witnessing increased commitment and a deeper meaningful relationship with God.

• Men’s Bible Discussion Group: One of my biggest challenges in New England was to get men to discuss the Word of God. Through a lot of fun, food and coffee I see every week a group of men maturing in their faith.

Senior Pastor New Beginnings Family Center- Decatur, IN 2009 – 2014

• Attendance: Increased by 125% through engaging the congregation and

leading by example in a missional manner. • Training: Implemented Teams for: Altar Care, Hospitality, Prayer Groups,

Small Group Leaders, Greeters, Welcome First Time Visitors and Nursing Home. This training increased levels of retaining first time visitors and increased church engagement of existing members to 75%.

• iCare Ministry: Through contacts with other non-profit organizations throughout the US we were able to give away goods in excess of $45,000 and witnessed many people experiencing Christ.

• Volunteer Pastor: Preaching and Teaching in local churches, mentoring indigenous pastors, developed English speaking Small Group in Jakarta and pastoral work.
