VIRGINIA LINGHAM, P.E. Connected and Automated Vehicle Program Manager Office of Strategic Innovation, VDOTVirginia Lingham helps to drive the implementation of innovation throughout the Virginia Department of Transportation in her role as Program Manager within VDOT’s new Office of Strategic Innovation. More specifically, she leads VDOT’s efforts around corporate consolidation and coordination of all connected and autonomous vehicle initiatives as its Connected and Automated Vehicle Program Manager.
Ms. Lingham is a licensed Professional Engineer who holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit and a M.S. in Transportation Engineering and a Certificate in the Management of Technology from the University of California, Berkeley. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, travel, and bicycling.
