This includes in situ, airborne, and space-borne observations, and builds on existing activities, systems, and initiatives

• Existing systems maintain their mandates and new observing components are added

Comments on Draft Outline of 10-year Implementation Plan

(1) Assure the concept of “a system of systems “ is prominent.

(2) How to include SG outputs into relevant section of the 10-year Implementation Plan.

(3) Need hierarchy of documents for the 10-year Implementation Plan at EOS III, for example Political Declaration, Executive summary, Details.
