* We would like to ask the permission of the board to have the 2020Junior/Senior Prom off-campus and to approve the venue we have selected.

* The previous proms off-campus have been very successful and enjoyed greatly by the student body.

Prom 2020

* Close to Home—Just 10.2 miles away located in Siloam Springs, AR.

* Parking on Site—No need to park far away or pay any parking fees or get a parking pass.

* Safe Location—Secluded yet well marked and accessible from Highway 412.

* Newer Facility—Well designed (full code compliance including handicap accommodations)

* Unique Venue--Full Wooden Barn with modern lighting and draperies

* Previous Proms 2016, 2017, 2018, & 2019 location-was a success all 4 years

The Cypress Barn

* The Cypress is a monitor style barn that is well constructed inside and out. The barn consists of over 4,900 sq. feet of floor space and has the capacity to hold up to 300 people.

* This would meet the necessary accommodations for our prom.
