Genisis Bio

Founded and developed by Latitude Dynamix, Genisis is a new ‘Metanet’ network that has been

dynamically designed and successfully executed to address 90% of the challenges enterprises and end

users experience today on public networks. Genisis is not a replacement nor is it a network that is

envisioned to overtake what we know today as the Internet of Things (Internet), it is a consequence of

next generation development.

Our vision for Genisis, was to create a private network that enabled enterprises ease of execution, delivery

of service and management between themselves and their end users (audience). However, today Genisis

has become a private global network, owning its infrastructure, delivering a new experience known as

‘Metanet’ between enterprises and end users, enabling all to have the opportunity to perform daily

operations over a private network while also capturing the audience of the public internet. Eliminating

uncontrolled connectivity to public clouds, contractual agreements to service providers and environments

(data centers), Genisis is also recognised for not only replacing lost revenues to service providers, but also

delivering a cost efficient solution to consumers of today.

The Platforms within Genisis provide each user the option to connect to the public clouds and sectors or

operate internally within their private network. For this reason, Genisis is now looked at by all as a new

opportunity to not only increase revenues within global enterprises and businesses, but to cost efficiently

connect developing communities, successfully allowing governments and project owners to introduce

sustainable financial plans that accommodate growth and scale infrastructure as new technology is

introduced in line with population demand.

What was once an ambition and a dream for us as founders, is now a reality that connects communities

and regions that have never had the experience of party line facilities let alone digital media. Genisis has

successfully been deployed in areas such as Guam, Africa and many others and it gives us great pride to

know that its sole purpose is to provide opportunity for not only re-‐skilling local community members,

but to also promote their story and talent to the world. The Genisis Platform encourages film industries

and other enterprises to integrate their knowledge and hidden talents, grasping an untapped market to

support sustainable futures.


Our Achievements:

Latitude Dynamix has had great success with proving to industry leaders from architects and engineers

through to service providers, not only how to replace lost revenues but also how this advantages all

service providers across the globe by making their services available to all regions via Genisis Platforms.

Latitude Dynamix has designed the Genisis Platforms to be an investment of infrastructure and the

services within, to our clients, with minimal capital investment, providing zero liability and delivering

architectural change within the industry and all sectors across all enterprises.

Genisis OTT VOD (Over the Top Video on Demand) Platform, is today utilised across Hollywood production

companies, specialising in Indy Film and talent, supporting end to end productions, including go to market,

with the reduction of production costs and increasing audience attraction and ratings before it enters the

market. Genisis also provides a distribution market across multiple platforms enabling all talent to have

their opportunity, own their content and control their distribution licenses. As a result, this has allowed

successful production companies through to independents, to provide new and existing content

(movies/music) not only to a global market but also deliver cost efficient and sustainable entertainment

services to developing communities, while also catering for their existing networks.

GenX (Genisis Exchange) is a private exchange delivering global connectivity, enabling operations via a

true RPN (real private network), fully monitored from end to end. GenX enables 4500+ service providers

within regions to deliver services well beyond the means of national carriers and provides the opportunity

to enable Exchange clients/owners to introduce new governance securing sustainable delivery and future

of service.

ISP (Industry Sales Platform) providing employment, opportunity and eliminating all risk relating to the

delivery of service.

Provides the tools, insurances, products and expertise to increase employment, growth and opportunity

through the on-‐selling of services within the Genisis Platforms and Infrastructure, while also providing the


opportunity to introduce their own products and services to be on-‐sold by other Members and Partners

within the Genisis Network.

SynchroniCity is a combination of 4 modules, research and development; re-‐skilling & employment;

sustainable solutions & validation; assembly & execution, all of which provide and sustain employment,

community growth and education. SynchroniCity is a commercial sector within a regional community

empowering growth, sharing economics and talent and providing a sustainable platform for service

delivery and education.

Successes of Genisis

as much as we should, our passion lays within the Platform that we have developed, known today as

Genisis. In providing equal opportunity, compatible business solutions and methods and promoting a

sustainable future across the globe, captures an audience that recognises the faults within existing

methods of today and the challenges that have been addressed that now sit within Genisis.

Of the seven years in development of the Genisis Platform, for five of those years we were continuously

told it is not possible, it can’t be done and it is too much of a challenge but we continued to pursue our

dream which is today, a reality due to the support of our partners, members and friends who are all part

of the Latitude Dynamix family today. For this reason, we intend to introduce Genisis to new markets and

continue to introduce new methods of financing projects, productions and execution, while reliant on the

knowledge that comes out of SynchroniCity to maintain our global platform which today is operates as an

RPN (Real Private Network) known as ‘Metanet’.

For this reason, Genisis Metanet, its founders and the team involved can be particular on what projects

they proceed with and take great pride in knowing what those projects deliver to. Genisis is not a platform

for global capitalisation or greed. We secure our position on who we do business with and who we

support due to the experience gained over the many years of getting to this point. If Genisis is something
