POWERMET AND LOCATIONS

In 2012, on its 25th year mark, Mets Energy SAL launched its newly established network of Exclusive Agents, PowerMet International, a company set primarily to leverage Mets Energy Generator Sets through selling, renting, servicing and providing unconditional power at all times in addition to empowering other brands, hence the company’s motto: “Your Power Partner in Trust and Reliability” Through these extensive functions, PowerMet International has earned the reputation in the market among other power companies.

PowerMet has webbed out an International Network which is operational in the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Juba-South Sudan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kurdistan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, Uganda, Uzbekistan, and Yemen. PowerMet is currently working on expanding to: Burundi, Cyprus, Ghana, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Tanzania, and Ukraine.

The Ranger, a unique solution designed to withstand rough weather and road conditions. It can run for 1000 hours or 40 days before any service is needed.

The SandStormer VX1, a reliable solution, equipped with sand traps and filters capable of withstanding rain and sand storms.

The GenMet Series, created as a smart and affordable choice for customers; the Genmet Series is easier to maintain as it has no electronics, is cooled by tropical radiators to operate in higher ambient temperatures, runs on lower fuel consumption, includes an extended warranty, and has lower total cost of ownership (TCO).

SPARE PARTS

In order to better serve its client and attend carefully to their needs, PowerMet created a rental division to cater for its various customers. Based on customers’ requests, the company provides rentals at any given time or day of the year. In addition, PowerMet offers rentals free of charge for emergencies on generator sets that are under warranty in exceptional conditions.

In its endeavor to provide the best after sale and maintenance services available to market needs, PowerMet ensures to always have a full stock of spare parts which include: soundproof canopies, engines, alternators, filters, mufflers, electrical parts and panels, in all of its branches and service centers. PowerMet provides top quality and genuine spare parts that ensure that all defective or bust parts of any generator set can be replaced and guaranteed that the generator functions smoothly. Moreover, any spare part can be ordered upon request and can be dispatched within the shortest time possible.

AFTER SALES & MAINTENANCE

Committed to lifelong learning, in-service training, and continuing education for all levels of its technical team, PowerMet provides top notch after sale services to support its clients and ensure their satisfaction. PowerMet team, comprised of experienced technicians, engineers, as well as senior managers, offers a distinctive suite of after sales and maintenance services including customized maintenance contracts upon the sale of any of the generator set series to suit different customers’ needs.

PowerMet leverages its after sale and maintenance services by empowering its technical team and maintenance units with the necessary means and skills needed for the job. This includes:

Advanced diagnosis programs, special software, and unique hardware laptops that allow the troubleshooting and fault finding of any problem in the generator sets;

The latest and most reliable service vehicles to ensure that the best services are provided for the customers. All of the PowerMet technical staff have mobiles and other communication systems that enable them to respond promptly to emergencies or field failures, and which also allow for ease of communication between the staff members;

Adequate training and development: PowerMet ensures that all factory staff members and specialists undergo regular training to have in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of diagnostics and repair for any malfunction or fault that arises with any type of generator set. The company possesses an overhauling and repair area provided with cranes, forklifts, the latest tools and diagnostic programs, and advanced hardware and software that ensure the repair of any size or type of generator set.
