    FLUJO DE AIRE PRIMARIO. Elflujo de aire primariopasa a travs dela parte internadelos alabes del fan yse dirigehaciael compresor de sobrealimentacin(LPC). La trayectoria de flujoentra entonces en uncompresor de alta presin(HPC) y se dirige auna cmara de combustin. PRIMARY AIRFLOW. The primary airflow passes through the inner portion of the fan blades and is directed into a booster (LPC). The flow path then enters a High Pressure Compressor (HPC) and goes to a combustor.

Elflujo de aire secundariopasa a travs dela parte externade los alabes del fan, la gua del alabe de salida(OGV) y sale a travsdel conducto de descargagndola, produciendo aproximadamente el80% delempuje total. Juega tambinun papelen el sistema de inversin de empuje. SECONDARY AIRFLOW The secondary airflow passes through the outer portion of the fan blades, the Outlet Guide Vanes (OGVs) and exits through the nacelle discharge duct, producing approximately 80 % of the total thrust. It also plays a role in the thrust reverser system.

FAN AND BOOSTER The purposes of the fan and booster are : - To accelerate air overboard to generate thrust. - to increase the pressure of the air directed to the high pressure Compressor (HPC) The fan and booster is located at the front of the engine, downstream from the air inlet cowl.

It is made of black sulfuric anodized aluminum alloy. The rear cone smoothes airflow at the inlet of the engineand provides anti-rotation of the fan retaining ring. It also accommodates the fan retaining flange and balancing screws used in fan trim and static balance procedures.

    ALABESY DISCODEL FAN. Los alabes del Fan forman la primera etapa de Baja Presin del Compresor (LPC) y aceleraran el aire que entra al motor a travs de los cubierta de entrada de aire. Hay 24 aleacin de titanio. FANBLADESANDDISK. The fan blades form the first stage of the Low Pressure Compressor (LPC) and accelerate the air entering the engine through the air inlet cowls. There are 24 titanium alloys.

    LAMINILLA DE AJUSTE Y PLATAFORMAS. Las laminillas de ajuste se instalan en las ranurasde cola de milanodel disco del fan,bajo loslabesdel fan. Estn diseadaspara limitar el movimientoradial de los alabes del fan. SHIMS AND PLATFORMS. Shims are installed in the dovetail slots of the fan disk, under the fan blade roots. They are designed to limit radial movement of the fan blades.

    COMPRESOR DEL ESTATOR. El estator del compresor cambia la velocidad del aire producido por el rotor en la presin. El caso delantero se compone de dos mitades horizontales de divisin de lnea que se mecanizan como un conjunto combinado de acero forjado. COMPRESSOR STATOR The compressor stator changes the air velocity produced by the rotor into pressure. The front case is made up of two halves with horizontal split-line flanges that are machined as a matched set from a steel forging.

THE COMBUSTION SECTION. The combustion section is located between the High Pressure Compressor (HPC) and the Low Pressure Turbine (LPT). Air from the HPC is mixed with fuel, supplied by 20 fuel nozzles.
