Logistics – Personal

• US citizens do not need a visa and are exempt from work permit requirements

• Duty-free import of scientific equipment, computers, and expendables. A complete list of all equipment to be imported must be submitted to the Customs Department and the Ministry of International Transportation prior to arrival in Antigua.

• Waiver of aircraft parking/ramp fees has been received. A 50 % reduction in landing fees has been approved.

• Security (Airport, ACT): 24/7 access, keys and entry cards (for vehicles) will be provided, badges for participants will be prepared by JOSS and issued by the VCBI Airport Security Office.
