General Rules and Guidelines

Seaport RV Resort and Campground is privately owned and the safety of our guests and staff are paramount. We ask that you abide by these and other rules posted throughout the resort. These and all rules are subject to change without notice. Failure to comply with the rules in place could result in eviction without refund by Management or Law enforcement.

Office Hours: Monday – Wednesday 9am – 5pm, Thursday – Sunday 9am – 7pm Office Phone: (860) 245-6038 or 6039 After Hours Phone: (860) 373-2015 Emergency Phone: 911 then if you are able to ring the doorbell on the front door. 5 MPH Speed Limit allowed in the Resort Quiet Hour: 10pm Public Drunkenness will not be tolerated and is reason for eviction. Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, Sparklers, and the Discharge of firearms, bb guns,

or pellet or paintball guns are prohibited. Use of illegal or recreational drugs of any kind is not tolerated and is cause for

eviction by law enforcement. No refund will be granted. Smoking is not permitted in resort any building. Please dispose of cigarette butts

in provided receptacles. Shirts and shoes required in resort buildings. No sewer hookup available. Honey wagon service is available depending on the

length of your stay. Two dump stations are always available to you. Guests are responsible for the actions of their family, pets, and guests at all

times as well as making their guests aware of Seaport’s rules and regulations. To guarantee you get your site of choice, you can lock your site for a small fee

while making your reservation.

Check In & Check Out Check In: Monday – Thursday: 2pm – 5pm, Friday – Sunday 2pm – 7pm Early Check In: For an additional charge guests can check in as early as 12pm.

Check with the office before arrival to ensure your site is available for early check in.

Late Check In: If you arrive after check in time, no worry! You will find your late arrival welcoming packet in the pillar located across front of the office door. Stop by the office the next morning if you need assistance with anything.

Check Out: Daily at 11am. Late Check Out: For an additional charge you can stay and enjoy Seaport

Resort until 1pm. Check with the office before departure to ensure your site is available for late check out.

Road Warning: When you are leaving the resort the left and then the sharp right you take can be difficult to navigate due to a steep hill also in the mix. Take care not to bottom out navigating the turns if you drive that way.

Honey Wagon

If you are staying with us for 4 nights or more you are eligible for a pump on your 4th day, unless you are scheduled for departure on your 4th morning.

In the instance you are leaving on your 4th morning you will dump at one of our two dump stations. If you are staying with us for less than 3 nights.

Pump outs are not available on your day of departure. Fees apply for emergency or additional pump outs. Last call for pump outs 10am.

Pump outs generally done by 12pm

Dump Stations Two Dump Stations available to you upon departure.

One near the exit of the resort & One near the pavilion in the park Call ahead dump at exit location available for a fee.

Campsite Rules Up to 6 persons, 2 vehicles, 1 RV, and 1 two-person tent is permitted per site.

Additional parking near the Pickle Ball court is available for an additional charge.

A Fire Ring and Picnic Table are provided on your site. You may move your sites picnic table within your site only. Guests are NOT permitted move the fire ring.

Discharge of Black or Grey water in site is a violation of State Law, and will result in enforcement action. Please contact the office if you need an emergency pump out. There may be a charge.

Visitors & Gate Pass All visitors MUST Register with Clubhouse. Additional charges may apply. Gate Pass must be attached to the rearview mirror when on grounds. Gate Passes may NOT be duplicated or shared. Gate Passes may NOT be used to allow access to outside guests.

Golf Carts & Motorized Vehicles All motorized vehicles must meet CT regulations. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license. Headlights are required after dark. Speed limit is 5 mph. Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence is prohibited.

Bicycles

Helmets are required for all children 15 years old and under. Bike racks located near the Clubhouse. Park in bike racks when visiting the Pool or Store.

Pets Seaport is pet friendly. You are required to add your pet to your reservation. Leash is required. Clean up after your pet. No pets under 12 weeks old. If your pet is unfriendly they need to remain on your site only. You are

responsible for your pet and their actions. All pets MUST be up to date with State requires vaccines available upon Team

Member request.

Propane Station Bring your tank to the white gate across from the front door of the Clubhouse. Call to let us know you will need a fill, and we will let you know when you will be

able to pick up your full tank. Before you pick up the tank, come in to the Clubhouse to pay for your propane. Propane is sold by the gallon. Last call for propane fill is 4pm daily.

Firewood We sell firewood at the Clubhouse store. Just come in to pick it up. We deliver! Last call for firewood delivery is 4pm. After 4pm firewood is for sale at the store in the Clubhouse during open hours. NO outside firewood is allowed at the Resort.

Store Open: Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-7pm. Two individuals allowed to be in the Clubhouse at a time. This includes children.

Bathhouses

Bathhouses are located at the clubhouse, pavilion, and center of the park. No dish washing, smoking, pet washing, fish cleaning, etc. in bathrooms.

Laundry Facility

The Laundry Facility is located near the Pavilion. When you are ready to do a wash, call the Clubhouse and a team member will

unlock the Laundry room for you. Laundry hours: Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday – Sunday 9am-7pm

Trash & Recycling There are trash and recycling receptacles available for use behind the white

fence across from the Clubhouse at the front of the park.

Bark Park Bring all friendly pets to enjoy our new Bark Park. Room for 4 dogs to play at a time with the owners standing on one side of the

fence each for social distancing. Or, 2 owners inside the fence with their dogs at a time.

Fishing You MAY fish in the pond on the property. Fishing is catch and release. State of Connecticut fishing license is required for anyone 16 years and older. Fishing is NOT permitted in the brook that borders the property.

Pool NO Lifeguard in Pool Area. Use at your own risk. We have a beautiful heated swimming pool in use from Memorial Day to Labor

Day. NO: Diving, Pets, Glass, Food, Smoking, Boisterous behavior allowed in the

pool. Register at the Clubhouse or with Pool attendant to enjoy the water. Children under 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. Individuals must shower at their camper or the Clubhouse bathroom before

swimming. Do NOT move furniture on the pool deck NO trash receptacles are available at the pool. Bring out what you bring in.

Sport Courts & Activities You are encouraged to bring your own sporting equipment to be able enjoy our

amenities. Miniature golf and pickle ball equipment is available for rent until 4pm at the

Clubhouse. Equipment rentals must be returned by 5pm.
