General Outline for Report Write-Up 1. The Report should be submitted in A4 size paper 2. Bond paper should be used for the preparation of the Thesis. 3. Typing should be done on the 12 font size letter, Times New roman 4. Chapter titles should be done on the 14 font size letter, Times New roman. 5. The lay-out should provide 1 ½ inch on the left side, 1 inch on top and bottom 1 inch on the right side. 6. 1.5 spacing shall be provided throughout the report. 7. The page number shall be indicated at the top middle of the each page. 8. Align text to both left and right margins by doing JUSTIFY (gives clean look along the left and right side of the page) 9. 10. The arrangement of paragraph in a Chaptera.Each topic Title in a chapter should be properly numbered for example: 2.1, 2.2. etc.,

(Bold and Upper case) where, the first digit represents the Chapter number, and second digit, the topic Title number

b. The photographs and tables occurring in a chapter may be serially numbered as Fig: 1.1, 1.2 etc., along with suitable CAPTION where the first digit represents the chapter, the second digit represents figure number

c.The graph should clearly indicate the points which are used for drawing the curve or curves along with the error bars. The axes (X, Y and Z) should have CAPTIONS
