KPI Project EMU China - 20/02/2008 - P 2
EMU CRH5 – General overview for week 8on Operation parts.
1 delay in Commercial Service due to air leakage on brake pipe on CKD01. Lack in manufacturing process on CRC production line identified.
Nbre of failure significantly increased due to:
Nbre of km ramp up : 320.000km a week
CRC finaly participate to the Work Order process opening one record for any signal job there are in charge. Reminder: Alstom is responsible for EUR01 and CKD01 train, plus traction kit on Domestic train.CRC is reponsible for all the 20 domestic trains in commercial service
Top Failure :
Doors : Lot of information now from CRC. Analysis in process.
Interior: Analysis showing that failures are not mainly due to vandalism. PDCA will be opened.
Waste and water system.
Catering: Problem under investigation.
Traction and Auxiliairy : Still the know issues. Retrofit in progress in the depot.
Availability of traction: Because 45 mn allowed to CW team to fix the problem not enought, some trains are running with some traction isolated.
Testing : EUR02 failed the multiple unit dynamic test because major problem on the SW.
