Cardio Pilates with Yoga Monday 7.15pm – 8.30pm 10 weeks €80Cardio Pilates is an energetic fusion of Cardiovascular and Pilates training. This is beneficial to your heart, lungs and musculoskeletal systems. The Yoga component at the end of the class increases strength and flexibility while reducing feelings of stress. The class is broken in to two components: Cardio Pilates – 45minutes; break for 5 minutes and Yoga – 25minutes. Commencing Monday 21st September, 7.15pm to 8.30pm, for 10 weeks. Cost: €80. Bring your Yoga Mat.

Lámh Module OneSaturday 9.15am – 4.15pm 1 day programme: €120 3 dates availableThis course is for staff members and professionals who plan to, or have started to work in an environment where Lámh is used. You will learn over 100 Lámh signs to support a Lámh user. You will learn about Alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) and the development of a Lámh signing environment. You will receive a Lámh certificate at the end of the day. We will offer this course three times – on Saturday 12th September, Saturday 19th September, Saturday 3rd October, from 9.15am-4.15pm. Cost: €120

Hobby/Leisure and General Interest Courses:Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion from McEgan College if greater than 70% attendance over the course.

QQI (Quality Qualifications Ireland, formerly FETAC) programmes will run for a maximum of 10 weeks (with the exception of QQI Level 6 modules), dates and times confirmed with Course Tutor on first night of programme. All QQI certification will be assessed in May 2021 and Certification issued accordingly.

QQI accredited courses: **QQI Certification fee is included in course cost. This certification fee can be exempted if student is a valid medical card holder and provides proof of such.
