GeneralThis sheet does NOT serve as an installation manual but rather as a high level overview of atypical approved installation. Each installation may differ due to space constraints and varyingcanopy designs.

*NOTE: Once a system has been approved for high volume deployment exact hose lengths forboth the fuel and oil canisters will be provided.

Typical installation overview

Fuel Canister Oil Canister

System mountingBracket.Mounts both the canisters and the FAD.

Filtek Auto-oil dispenser (FAD)

Bracket must allow for height adjustment to correct sump level.

Adjust to correct sump level via visible window.

Fuel in/out connections to pump and OEM filter.

Oil in/out connections from sender unit and return to sump.

Ball valve for ease in removing used oil when service is due.

FAD hose must NOT be higher than sump level – always equal too or below.
