Gathering 2011.

Participant

• All employees have to bring their own BINUSIAN card-Flazz.

•Family members (Spouse and children) that registeredto participate in Family Gathering is based on theFamily members data that registered in HRIS.

• Em lo ee who are not able to come to The Famil

Gathering 2011 should fill up the form (attached), givevalid reasons and get permission from the supervisorand Business Unit / Directorate Leader.

• All participant have to wear T-Shirt that will provided

by committee.• Please bring the equipment :

 –  Cap/hat/umbrella/jacket/etc.

 –  Cloth for spare, because there are water games

Transportation

(By Bus Provided by Committee)

• Bus will stand by in each pool on 06.00 AM. – 

Kampus Anggrek will moved to BINUS Square –  Kampus JWC

 –  BINUS International School Simprug

 –   

• Bus will depart from each pool on 06.30 AM.

• Please remember your Bus Number

• Participant is not allowed to change busarrangement

• For employee’s child that registered for T-Shirt sizeSS will not get seat.

• Employees that go to Mekarsari with their own

vehicle must arrived at Event Area before 08:30AM.

 

Bentar and will be opened until 09:30. After

that, the main entrance is moved to Gerbang

Tiket.

• Shuttle Train will stand by on Festival Point.

We have 8 units shuttle train that will pick-upthe employee to the Event Area.
