Usually due to blocking of drainage

It leads to: Disturbance of focusing for near vision

Pressure on retinal arteries and nerves

causing their atrophy Blindness.

Pain.

Treatment: 1- Decrease aqueous secretion (acetazolamide)

2- Open spaces of Fontana (pilocarpine).

3- Surgical opening of spaces of Fontana.

Relative dehydration:
