General Contract Agreement

Date: March 9, 2013 Subject: Bidding Arrangement Delivery of

Medals

This Agreement is made between the first party, MANA CREATIVE SOLUTIONS &

TRADING SVS & FROSTYLICIOUS BITE and the second party AFFORDALE

PHOTOHSOP & ENTERPRISE.

The first party agrees that they will:

1.) Deliver half of the required number of pieces of medals or 5,000 pieces

of Brass medals in behalf of the arranged winner (AFFORDALE) of the bidfor the Supply & delivery of Medals support to Private & Public Schools.

2.) Issue a delivery receipt for the second party to acknowledge the goods

received.

3.) Will share half of the Performance Security (5%) required upon signing

of the contract for the winning bidder (AFFORDALE).

The second party covenants and agrees that they will:

1.) Deliver the remaining half or 5,000 pieces of Medals support to Private

& Public School to complete the 10,000 pieces requirement of the bid.2.) Once a payment has been made by LGU, AFFORDALE will give half of

the payment to MANA in form of cash or check.

3.) Once the Performance Security has been release back to winning bid

(after the issuance of Certificate of Acceptance), AFFORDALE will return

half of the amount to MANA in form of cash or check.

4.) Warranty/Retention bond will be release after 1 year after the end

users acceptance; AFFORDALE shall give half of the retention bond back to

MANA in form of cash or check.

Others observed terms between the first and second party:

1.) Both parties agreed to deliver 5,000 each brass medals.

2.) Both will share half (5% each) of the Performance Security which is

equivalent to 10% of the amount of contract.

3.) Both will share 50% each of the total amount of the payment that will

be issued by LGU.

4.) Both will cover half of the expenses & other goverment deduction like

VAT & Taxes that will be incurred during the transaction or deducted on

the gross payment.

5.) Both will shoulder half of the warranty or rentention bond that will be

deducted on the payment.

6.) Both will share 50% of the total amount of the warranty or rentention

bond that will return after 1 year or after the lapse of the warranty period.

This is the entire agreement. Both parties agree on what stated above, and both realize that this a

binding contract between the parties, their succesors, and personal representatives.
