METHODOLOGY
PWI Construction, Inc. national corporate headquarters is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The following departments are based in Nevada: Senior Management, Accounting, Engineering, Estimating, Licensing and Permitting, Construction Management, Procurement, and Operations for Restaurant, Hospitality and Retail divisions. Each of these departments plays an important role of each project, no matter the size. The majority of our personnel are seasoned veterans and have worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, many with both field and office experience.
Our sister office in Austin consist of the following departments: Senior Management, Licensing and Permitting, Engineering, Estimating, Construction Management, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations. We pride ourselves on daily team communication, transparency with clients and the ability to direct a project across many markets.

EXPANSION ROLLOUT CAPABILITIESPWI has the man-power and resources to meet any expansion and rollout volume. We are equipped to handle any level of project with careful planning and agreed upon goals. Our experience allows us to lead a team which includes: the Ownership, Construction Manager, Architect, vendors and local building officials. The key to any successful expansion is planning and communication, we are confident that PWI can meet each project opening.
Our seasoned group of veterans has expertise in construction, crisis management, procurement, technology, engineering, retail, hospitality, and restaurant. Our extensive knowledge and capabilities allow our team to be proactive and anticipate any issues that can affect the overall building process. METHODOLOGY
PWI can manage the entire construction process from lease signing to grand opening. By way of example, we can:
• Assist with lease, review building issues, estimate costs of construction and site specific advantages.
• Coordinate Architect/Designer with specific site issues.
• Oversee preconstruction process.
• Oversee the permit process, working with local building officials.
• Establish schedule including milestone dates.
• Manage both owner and construction vendors.
• Warehouse items when necessary.
We can act as a Construction Manager and/or General Contractor ensuring an on time project with full accountability to Ownership.

WAREHOUSE CAPABILITIESWe have the ability and capacity to manage and warehouse product anywhere in the nation at completive rates and within budget.

METHODOLOGY
ISSUING THE CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCYPWI is familiar and comfortable with city and federal entities, such as OSHA, DOL and local building municipalities. We are knowledgeable of the rules and regulations that are unique to each project. We possess an understanding of working with overseas designers and suppliers, including import material specifications and their unique requirements. We can manage the process from preconstruction to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
