Launched in the UK in 2005 Mitzvah Day has grown to become a Jewish led international day of social action for the benefit of the Jewish and broader community.
PROJECTS

Mitzvah Day in 2015 will take place across the world on Sunday 15 November. We hope some of the projects can become ongoing throughout the year and for mitzvot to continue on a regular basis.
We need your support to make Mitzvah Day an integral part of the Australian communal calendar.
Mitzvah Day International Mitzvah Day Australia
Mitzvah Day was introduced to Australia in 2011. In 2014 over 1,500 people in Jewish communities in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane were involved in over 70 projects.
In 2015 Mitzvah Day projects will take place simultaneously across Europe, USA, Canada, South America, South Africa and Israel making it a truely global event. Check out the international website www.mitzvahday.org.uk.
