Page 2 ol 4 ARREST REPORT: On A5lA7fi4; at approximately 0545 hours, Connecticut State Police Dispatch received phone calls from an alarm company of a possible break-in at and from the resident o stated that her estranged husband, scott Gellatly, broke into her house. the phone call disconnected. Dispatch then received a 911call from a neighbor who resides that he heard gunshots coming from e then witnessed Scott Gellatl Sggino out oitn" house. Ilbserved scott Ge Ilatly drive away from the scene in /bearing Con necticut registratio t approximately 0548 hours, froopers were dispatched and responded to for the domestic dispute. Upon arrival Troopers observed through the glass windows two motionless bodies lying on the floor by the side entrance. The Troopers made forced entry through the front door of the home and began searching the residence reginning in the living room area. During the search of the home, they discovered two females lying next to :ach other on the kitchen floor, near the side entrance. They also discovered two small children in their :ribs in the upstairs loft, both of whom appeared uninjured. One female was lying in the supine position and rnresponsive and without a pulse. Lying next to her was an older white female, also in the supine position, uith her head resting on the calf area of the younger female. After assessing both the female victims, it was Jetermined that each had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The older female was conscious, and dentified herself verbally to Troopers as roopers asked [rho shot ter, and she stated, "Scott." She then stated, "He took her! Lt' DelVecchia and I interviewed Gellatly at Troop L and during the interview he stated that he has noknowledge of any weapons and that he cannot remember if he was at the residence of his wife,]adierthat morning, Gellatly stated that when he woke up on the morning of May 7th, he wanted to commitsuicide.

Gellatly was processed with the assistance of TFC wichman #1061 and TFC Reidy #707. Gellafly wascharged with Murder C.G.S. 53a-54a, CriminalAttempt to eommit Murder C.G.S. S3a-49tS3a-S4a ,

Assault 1st degree of an elderly, blind, disabled, pregnant or mentally retarded person C,G.S. S3a-Sga, Two(2) counts Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree C.G.S. 53a-63, and two (2) counts of lnjury or risk of injuryto, or impairing morals of, children C.G.S. S3-21(a).

The accused was read, understood and signed the noiice of rights form at approximately 1717 hours. Theaccused was photographed and fingerprinted under UAR #8582956. The accused has a court set bond of$2,000,000.

The accused is scheduled to appear at Derby Superior Court on 05/08/14, to face the charges statedabove.
