1. QUESTION: Is Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish used with a Base Coat?ANSWER: YES. Gelish® Foundation Gel is newtechnology for gel adhesion. It is designed to createthe bond between the Gelish® colors to the naturalnail plate. There is no primer necessary in thissystem.

2. QUESTION: Do I use a Top Coat?ANSWER: YES, Gelish® Top It Off is a soak-off gel topcoat that seals the Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish. Top ItOff cures under UV or LED Lights and has a longlasting high shine.

3. QUESTION: Do I need to cleanse the Top It Off?ANSWER: YES. This product does require cleansingafter curing. It will be sticky and appear not to be dryif this step is skipped.

4. QUESTION: How long does Gelish® Soak-Off GelPolish last?ANSWER: Gelish® will last until you soak it off. Gelish®

does not peel, chip or fade. It performs like a gel andwill provide up to 21 days of lasting color.

5. QUESTION: How do I remove Gelish® Soak-Off GelPolish?ANSWER: This product will soak off in 10 – 12minutes. Lightly file over the top of the surface with a100/180 Grit Buffer. Apply Gelish® Artificial NailRemover to a cotton ball and place on the nail.Wrap the nail with foil and allow the nail to soak for 10 – 12 minutes. Then push looseproduct off with an orangewood stick.

6. QUESTION: Does Gelish® cause any chemicaldamage to the natural nail?ANSWER: NO. This system uses only a pH balancingagent to stabilize the moisture level of the nail. Thenthe Gelish® Foundation Gel has adhesive propertiesthat attract to the keratin in the natural nail, notcausing any depletion, only acting as two-sided tapeto adhere the Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish to the nail itself.

7. QUESTION: Can Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish be usedover traditional gel or acrylic?ANSWER: Yes, it can be put over traditional gel oracrylic as long as it is being applied to a roughsurface filed with a 100/180 Grit Harmony Buffer ora 180 Grit File. REMEMBER, you cannot soak off Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish from acrylics without removing the nailitself.

8. QUESTION: How many applications per bottle?ANSWER: Most gel polish applications include a 2coat application. The 15 mL bottles will doapproximately 50 full sets.

9. QUESTION: How do I prep?ANSWER: Lightly remove the shine using a 180 GritBuffer, dehydrate the nail with Gelish® pH Bond.

10. QUESTION: Is the Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Remover drying to the skin?ANSWER: The Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Remover is in theacetone family, but also has conditioners in it toeliminate drying of the skin or cuticles.
