GET STARTEDAccess your ordering site by visiting: shop.mycintas.com
LOG INSign in If you have ordered online with Cintas in the past, or have a login - enter your email address or user ID and password.
First Time Users Enter CBRL + your employee ID (example: CBRL1234567). Leave the password field blank and click “Sign In”
SHOPUse the top navigation to shop within your brand’s program. Click on the item you wish to purchase. Select color, fit, size and quantity and add to your shopping bag by clicking “Add To Bag.”
Note: To use Cracker Barrel credit, select “Company Provided Allotment” after logging in. To shop with a credit card, select “Non-Allotment”.
CHECKOUT
Once items havebeen added to yourshopping bag, click“Shopping Bag” atthe top right corner.Under your summary,select “Checkout”to move through theeasy four-step process. Once complete, select“Submit Order.”

Even the highest quality garments won’t look their best if they’re not perfectly measured to fit. Follow these helpful step-by-step tips to make sure you’re measuring correctly.
MEN’S MEASURING TIPSNeck: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar will sit, keeping tape measure snug.
Chest: Measure the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape measure parallel to the floor.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of the natural waistline (not over clothing), keeping tape measure snug, but not tight.
Hips: Stand straight with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips (about 9” below natural waistline), keeping tape measure parallel to floor.
Sleeve length: Measure from the center back of the neck to the outermost point of the shoulder, then continue measuring to the wrist, keeping tape measure centered at the elbow.
Inseam: Using similar pants that fit well, measure the length from the joint of the pant legs to the bottom hem of the leg, rounding to the nearest inch. If pants are cotton or cotton blend, add a half-inch to allow for shrinkage.
Outseam: Without wearing shoes and using similar pants that fit well, look forward and stand as straight as you can with feet approximately 1” apart. Hold a tape measure at the top of the pant waistband, letting the tape measure drape along the body’s natural curvature, following pant side seam down to the floor. Then bring the tape in to the feet and pinch at approved length.
WOMEN’S MEASURING TIPSBust: Relax arms and measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping tape measure parallel to the floor.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of the natural waistline (not over clothing), keeping tape measure snug, but not tight.
Hips: Stand straight with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips (about 8” below natural waistline), keeping tape measure parallel to the floor.
Sleeve length: Bend arm slightly and measure from the outermost point of the shoulder to the wrist, keeping tape measure centered at the elbow.
Inseam: Using similar slacks that fit well, measure the length from the joint of slack legs to the bottom hem of the leg, rounding to the nearest half-inch. If slacks are cotton or cotton blend, add a half-inch to allow for shrinkage.

If personalization is available, you will see an optional customization box. Click “ADD”.
Check the box next to Personalization
Add your First Name and Last Name to Caption Line 1
Add your Title to Caption Line 2
Click “ADD”
NOTE: Depending on what color logos are available for the item you choose, there will be matching personalization
colors to choose. Please ensure you are choosing the correct color to match your chosen logo.

Returns Made Easy
You are able to return/exchange any non-worn items for any reason for up to 60 days from purchase. The returns process is listed below, or please call our Customer Service team at 800.864.3676 for assistance with your return.
Please follow this simple step-by-step process:
1. Log into your online store account.
2. Go to “Order History” and select the order number.
3. Select the “reason for the return” from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter the number of boxes you’ll need for your return, and we’ll create the appropriate number of packing slips.
5. Select “submit.”
6. Your expected refund will be displayed and you can print your return labels. If your return requires multiple shipments to different Cintas warehouses, you’ll be prompted to print multiple labels and they can be printed all at once or individually. Just follow the onscreen prompts displayed.
7. Box up the garments to be returned and attach the shipping labels to your package.
8. Send the boxes back to Cintas via UPS Ground.
