7 Various options
6 Inverter motor
The inverter-correspondent motor is directly connected, and identical dimensions can be
applied as the standard motors. Continuous operation with 100% constant torque is
possible even within the low frequencies range (6Hz~).
Various options of Tsubaki Emerson original can correspond to a number of
industries such as environment, foods, and bread makers.
A wide lineup of motor powers and reduction ratios of 1/5 to 1/200 can be used for
various applications.
Represent frame numbers in model numbers. Tap processing on output shaft edges as
standard specifications. A face mount is available as standard specifications that allows
easy fixing with a bolt through a screw hole located on a mounting surface of the gear case
from the side of the output shaft.

3 Wide variation
The adoption of an electrostatic powder coating successfully improved the quality of the coating and also achieved a
reduction of emission of volatile organic compounds by avoiding thinner (three phases below 0.75kW-1/75). In addition,
considering ecology, disuse of woods and bolts for product packages and the introduction of paper boxes and roll-up with
films led to a reduction of customers’ disposal of industrial waste. (Applicable to the products weighing less than 30 kg.)
