GEA Service offers a special audit to test all critical

activities for aseptic processes on filling blocks in

the beverages industry.

All aseptic process activities are performed

automatically in order to grant healthy products,

TCO reduction and risk control.

The main target of an aseptic filling line is to achieve

and maintain the sterility of container, environment

and product through each step of the bottling process.

All aseptic processing must be carried out and

supervised by competent staff. Product contamination

with unknown particles is a critical quality control

issue. The affected production batch may have to be

discarded and production stopped, all taking up

valuable time and money.

GEA has the knowledge and the specialists for

state-of-the-art line validations to check the

equipment, the aseptic processes and the staff

involved in the line preparation with a fast and

structured approach.

Traceability

Complete filling process traceability is made possible

by printing the number of sterilizing and rinsing

nozzle, filling head and capping head directly onto

each sampled bottle, which is fundamental for easy

identification of the product.

Step 1: On-site inspection by line validator

Microbiological checks and procedures on the filling block to

verify the aseptic processes of the plant

Day 1:

• Check of the microbiological performances of the line

(environmental sampling, number of market claims) at least

for the last two months

• Check of the line status (cleaning, general efficiency, etc.).

Final production of the line and microbiological samples

Day 2:

• Check of critical parameters of the cleaning and sterilization cycles

• Check of the line management by the operators

• Restart of the line

Step 2: GEA AseptiCheck® report

Presentation of the final report to you after one week
