1.0 INTRODUCTION

GD Simpsons Services Limited is a Company dealing in maintenance of Air Conditioning Sys-

tems, Electrical and Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil and Carpentry works for

completed Projects. We also undertake design and build Projects in the above fields with

modern and efficient operations across the country. The firm is strategically placed to serve

clients’ growing needs.

2.0 BACKGROUND

M/s GD Simpsons Services Limited is located at Plot 2D/E Nakasero Hill Road, Kampala and

maintains field offices depending on its project implementation requirements. GD Simpsons

has a Rwandan affiliate office located at Kigali Heights Building in Kigali and Kenyan office lo-

cated at Symbion House, Dagoretti Road, Karen, Nairobi.

The Company is client oriented and offers good quality services timely, efficiently and

effectively.

3.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES

The scope of services entails maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Air Condi-

tioning, Fire Fighting and Carpentry. We have broad experience in Residential, Commercial

Buildings, Public Institutions, Financial Institutions, Educational Facilities, Industrial complex-

es, etc.

Carpentry and Joinery Work to Office Furniture including Assembling, Disassembling, Repairs to Locks, Repairing Broken Furniture etc.

Duplicate and Cut Keys.

Repair all Doors, Friction Hinges, and Windows etc.

Painting and Vanishing of Wooden Surfaces and Walls etc.

Skirting to Doors and Walls etc.

3.4 IT Maintenance Works include:

Maintenance of Network Socket/Outlet Points.

Troubleshooting of Network Connection Failures at the Network

Socket/Outlet.

Troubleshooting of Network Connection Failures at the Network Patch Panel.

Replacement of Failed Network Patch Codes.

Replacement of Failed Network Sockets/Outlet Points

Re-termination of Failed Network Sockets/Outlets and Patch Panel connec-tions with the Floor Rack Cabinets.

General Cleaning/Servicing of all Network Sockets/Outlets in the premises.

Installation and Re-cabling of both New and Failed Network Points to accom-modate both Redesign and Expansion.
