To excute functions, writing commands on address 40251 is required as a trigger.
Commands, subcommand, Parameters (If needed) shall be excuted by a query.
If command only is written, functions shall be excuted by subcommands and parameters that
are already written.
CAUTION
If improper commands other than those above are written, exceptional response is not sent.
If the results of command execution are failure, exceptional response is not sent
ModbusTCP response is sent when writing is success or failure.
To distinguish between success and failure of the command execution processing, make
judgement from the results of status or concentration value after commands are executed.
