Primary Graduation Walk was a success, as it was hosted the morning of Sr. Honors Day, on May 18th, 2017

GCT would like to thank the parents of graduates for brining breakfast. Thank you to First National Bank, Swirlz, and Ridge Kids Dental for

bringing parting graduation gifts and for seeing the graduates walk the

GCT Primary School.

Thank you to GCT Primary Parent Center Coordinator, Rebecca Murry, for coordinating and hosting the 2nd annual

GCT 2017 Senior Breakfast and Primary Walk. The GCT Class of 2017 appreciates you.

Senior Honors Day followed the GCT Primary School Walk, as Seniors received numerous awards and honors and Scholarships currently totally around 4. 3 Million Dollars. Way to go to the GCT

Class of 2017.

The GCT Middle School Band concert was held on Tuesday, May 9th. The 5th grade students who signed up for beginning band enjoyed a pizza and ice cream party provided by Marco’s Pizza and Dairy Queen on Wednesday, May 17th. Next year’s beginning band has a record number of 160 students. All of the band directors are so excited to teach these students next year! Thank you to Kimberly Roberson for the photos.

GCT wishes Officer Jeannie Calhoun well as she will be taking a job at the Sherriff’s Office next year and GCT will be assigned a new SRO Officer. GCT Appreciates all she has done in each and every building, as she had provided assistance with many projects, including directing traffic in the rain. One of her last acts on campus on 5-25-17 was taking care of Eagle Academy Principal, Mike Nunnally who was quoted as stating, “Be sure your sins will find you out”.
