When products are sold, you makemoney, team members make money andeveryone is inspired to continue growingtheir businesses.

Your commissions are direct deposited into your designated bank account twice amonth, on or before the 7th and the 22nd of each month.

In addition to earning 25% commission on your personal sales to consumers, all rankswithin the career plan can qualify to earn a monthly Personal Sales Volume Bonus.Potential earnings on the sale of products to consumers at suggested retail prices canexpand to 40%.

For illustrative purposes only; this is not a guarantee of income. Career Plan compensation is basedon your actual performance.

The key to building a direct sellingbusiness is sales, but the key togenerating long-term income is buildingyour organization through recruiting.

No matter how successful you are atselling, you can only be in one place at atime. When you love your product andyour company, you’ll want to share thebusiness opportunity with others.Recruiting enables you to “duplicate”yourself, while at the same time helpingothers to build businesses of their own.

You build a team when you personally introduce new Chocolatiers to DOVECHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES — you are recruiting and you’re on your way tobecoming a leader. You’ll help your team members begin their own independentbusinesses, share with them what you know, and teach them what you do. Whenyou recruit and mentor others, you are eligible to earn overrides. Overrides are basedon the personal sales volumes of your recruits’ sales of products to consumers andare calculated on wholesale volume (75% of the suggested retail price).

Every time you personally sponsor a new Chocolatier you start a “leg”. With the DOVECHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES Career Plan you can qualify for a pay level as long assomeone in the leg that you’ve started meets the stated title requirements — evenif that person was recruited several levels below you.

PROMOTE UP THE CAREER PLAN, HELP OTHERS PROMOTE AND EARN MORESuccessful leaders learn that income growth comes from developing more leaders. When your first new downline Manager qualifies, your business adds a “Generation.”A generation is the relationship between one Manager (or higher rank) and anotherManager (or higher rank). The earning potential in Generation Overrides extends tofour generations of Managers (or higher rank) and their groups. You’ll learn more aboutthis in following pages.

Additionally, you’ll also earn the same level bonus you’ve always earned as long as yourgenerations are in your first three levels. And, when you have someone in your personalgroup promote to a Manager for the first time, they receive a one-time $500 ManagerPromotion Bonus and you receive a $500 Matching New Manager Promotion Bonusfor every Manager you promote (as long as you are a “paid as” Manager or higher rank).Note: The $500 Matching New Manager Promotion Bonus does not “roll up”; this bonusis offered to the immediate upline Manager and the new promote.

Your downline looks up to you and wants to be led by someone upbeat, optimisticand knowledgeable. If you ever feel personal disappointment or need a dose ofpositive motivation, communicate your frustration “up”…never down or sideways. Inaddition to your upline leader, you are supported by a dedicated home office staff;please call them if you wish to voice complaints or frustrations. This is criticallyimportant as your team will take their cues from you.

Questions & answers1) Are the qualifications the same topromote to a new rank as they are tomaintain the rank?

Yes you need to meet the monthlyqualifications to promote to andmaintain a rank.

If you missed meeting the monthlyqualification level for your rank, youwould be paid at the lower title that youqualified for during the month. Youractual performance determines the“paid as” for May.

For example, let’s say you promoted to aSales Director during the month ofFebruary and qualified at your rank inMarch and April, but in May you missedthe monthly qualification. You would bepaid at the Sales Director level forFebruary, March, and April. If your actualperformance was at the Senior Managerlevel in May, that is the level you wouldbe “paid as.” However, you do not loseyour title for recognition purposes.

Even if you missed your monthlyqualifications, you maintain your title forrecognition purposes for 6 months. Ifafter that time you do not meet thequalifications for that rank, you wouldeventually revert to the rank of youractual performance.

2) When does the promotion datebecome effective?

Whenever you meet the rankqualification during a month, you will bepaid at that level for that month. Forexample, let’s say you achieve the SeniorManager requirements on March 22.When commissions, overrides, andbonuses are calculated for March, youwould be considered a Senior Managerand would receive the appropriateearnings for that level for the entiremonth of March.

3) What happens if I am a SeniorManager and none of my Managersqualify during the month?

If your title is Senior Manager and forone month your “paid as” title isManager, your Generation 1 Bonus willbe 2% instead of 5%. The 2% Generation1 Bonus is effectively a fall back position.

4) If someone below me promotes toa higher rank before I do, will she“pass me” by?

No, your downline lineage remainsintact and you will continue to earnbased on levels and generations (noyour downlines’ titles). It is possible thatyou could have someone on your teamat a higher rank than you, but they willnot “by-pass” you nor will it cause you tolose earnings on their performance.

5) If someone downline from mepromotes to Manager or higher, dotheir sales count in my personalgroup volume?

No, your group volume includes all thepeople in your downline but stops atand does not include any Manager orabove and their downline.

6) If a Chocolatier in my first levelleaves the business and her team rollsup to me, do her team members countas Personally Recruited?

Your total Level 1 Chocolatier count willinclude the Chocolatiers you personallysponsored and any Chocolatiers thatrolled up to you when their sponsor leftthe business. Only the Chocolatiers thatyou sponsor will count as a PersonallyRecruited Chocolatier.
