GC MapleLeaf Summer HoopfestHOSTED BY GOSHEN COLLEGE WOMEN’S BASKETBALL

The Goshen College Women’s Basketball Program is proud to be hosting the GC MapleLeaf Summer Hoopfest on Friday and Saturday, June 8-9. High School (varsity and junior varsity/ frosh) teams will be guaranteed at least six games against balanced competition helping them develop and prepare as individual players and teams.

FACILITIES- Goshen College (3 full courts at Roman Gingerich Recreation Fitness Center) for all varsity teams- Goshen High School and Goshen Middle School will be used for junior varsity and freshmen games making a total of seven courts available for use.

GAME INFORMATION/ RULES• Two divisions provided for both varsity and junior varsity/ frosh

Black Tournament (higher competition) White Tournament (developing competition)• Games are 1 hour, 20-minute running clock halves. The clock will stop in final 2 min. of 2nd half.• Two registered High School officials will officiate each court• Full game rule sheets will be provided on site• Full schedules will be emailed to coaches on Sunday, June 3rd• Games will begin at 10:00 a.m. each day• Full concessions stand will be available at each site• Admission is $5 for an adult full day pass (all sites), $8 for two-day pass, students (6-18 years

old) are $3 for day pass, $5 for two-day pass, children 5 and under are free.• All teams must have a light and dark uniform/ reversible jersey for competition

COSTS• Early Entry (by May 4th) is $275 per team• Late Entry (by June 1st) is $300 per team• Teams are guaranteed at least six games (3 in pool play on Friday, 3-4 tournament play Saturday)• Fee includes 12 tournament t-shirts (any more than 12 are $5 per shirt)• Awards provided for 1st place in each tournament bracket• All teams must provide 1 worker per game to run a clock/ score sheet
