PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 31, 2015, The Court of record continues to negate

that some attorneys have a license to lie, cheat, steal, forge, obstruct justice, commit perjury, make

up stuff in court, fabricate declarations for clients or subornation of perjury, get disbarred, and the

court continue to act as a shield of the criminal acts in court. The court is presently used by for

some attorneys as a Tool or Instrument to steal from peoples Estates. Proof of that is Attorney

Mercado declaring in GP013952 that: Luis left millions in his Estate from a previous accident

This latest Court Order by Judge Kevin C. Brazile, probably prepared by a Legal Clerk, or

another attorney, continues to ignore the Rules, Statutes, Case Law, and common sense to protect the

accomplices of disbarred Attorney Jack Kenneth Conway, who was finally discarded from the active

role of attorneys that the Supreme Court maintains. This is the true intent of the court, to shield, and

protect as a disservice to the general public across the courts in State of California.

I, Jose Castaneda, aka, James Blume USMC, Hon, will only respond to the Order of April 1,

2015, on the first Paragraph of eleven pages of Judicial Garbage, Judicial Trickery, Judicial

Distortion to Obstruct Justice by an impartial Court that continues to deny and see the big, pink

elephant in the room with the words printed on: Judicial Corruption Judicial R. I.C.O.

Not a word, nor a phase, nor a single sentence is provided in the Asinine Minute Order of

the Assault suffer by Plaintiffs at the January 23, 2015, In Department A, at the Burbank Court at

the hands of Judge Stewart. If the Judge had thrown a rock at me, it would have struck me in the face!

Since when do the peoples legal pleadings become garbage to a Presiding Judge Stewart? By the

way, why didnt Judge Stewart conduct a Clarification Hearing of the 10/0213 Order by Judge Daniel

J. Buckley, who by the way IS the Assistant Presiding Judge, or Designee and not Kevin Brazile!

This is in violation of the C.C.P. 391.8(a):

If that justice or judge who entered the order is not available, the application shall be made before

the presiding justice or presiding judge, or his or her designee.

The Court NEVER, NEVER even acknowledges the multiple essential admissible material

evidence, for that evidence does not lie, attorneys Paz, Conway, Counts, MacCarley, Overton,

Rykoff, Shomer, DeRosa, Flanagan, Anderson, and Greta Curtis Do lie, as they have a license to lie!

The Court, in violation of the Rules of the Court, will sign and Order without Jurisdiction to

steal properties, such as the One signed on February 22, 2010, by defrocked Judge Francis Joseph

DeVanon. If Judge Simpson and Judge Pluim Order that cases GC039459 and GC039473 are to be

litigated in Probate, why am I being held responsible for a disbarred Attorney, who by his actions in

court Judicial R.I.C.O. is instantly proven! Who stole the millions from the Estate?

The Court fails miserably to conduct any investigation, nor entertain any evidence filed by

Plaintiff Castaneda / Blume. The Court Minutes have been posted in Scrib.com by Plaintiff.

took full responsibility by falsely claiming in error, he did not realize that there were 2 cases, this

was a lie. 2) If Disbarred Attorney owned his error, why was Conway lying to Judge Rita

Sunny Miller as to when HE had been retained? Why did Judge Miller not recuse self, like Judge

Holly Kendig did on November, 20111, if she had been at a same Symposium at Loyola University

with Attorney Sam Paz! Incidentally, it was apparently called: Justice for the Poor 3) The

Facsimile Cover Sheet from Attorney Sam Paz to now disbarred Attorney Conway on February 3,

2009, from fax # (310)410-2957, who by the way, disbarred Attorney Conway testilyied to Judge

Miller of being retained, YOUR HONOR: I WAS RETAINED FOR THIS PARTICULAR CASE

ON FEBRUARY 2, FEBRUARY3! (The Legal Question is: what attorney settles a case on the same

day he, she was, were retained?) 4)5) Is evidence of the Conspiracy to steal from the Estate by

MacCarley and Mercado, for that the dismissal would ONLY benefit them! 6) If crook

Attorney MacCarley had to moved her offices from Glendale to Orange County because she was in

essence committing crimes in court by using the court as a Tool or Instrument to steal, she,

MacCarley must, and shall return the monies of the property to the Estate of Castaneda. 7) The

2 VL Orders is Sufficient proof, evidence that when attorneys change their position in their court

pleadings, they are in essence lying to the court, and their clients, and the world! 8) Having

been nominated by former President William Jefferson Clinton in the 90s, doesnt Attorney Sam Paz

knows, recognizes, sees, reads, understands what Freedom of Speech is? Especially, if Mr. Paz was

the Vice-President of the A.C.L.U., isnt the posting of Mercados testimony in web Free Speech?

In addition, What did he know and when did he know it? Does he know Katherine Gzesh, the

Bank Clerk with several aliases that made the investment for client Castaneda? 9) The

I never had anything to do with HOW Mrs. Castaneda spent her settlement money, had no

involvement with WHERE she invested with, or WHAT she did with it The question that remains in

GC039473 or GC039743 is: then WHO!

Again, The Court never consulted the Legal File, never requested that the culpable, guilty

attorneys make an Appearance, nor demanded a Verified, Certified and Confirmed Opposition,

because the Court is arbitrarily and illegally acting as the attorney for the Officers of the Court to

cover up and clean up after their crimes of theft in court.

This Notice of Decision will also serve as a Notice of Appeal for Judicial Economy in a

different Jurisdiction other than the 2nd

Court of Appeals, or in the State of California. The 2nd

Court

of appeals denied the VL Order because I do not fit the Criteria of a VL. Why is case B223549,

Mercado v. Castaneda, listed multiple times in VL Order of both as Case Number 7, 9, and 11! When

are Paz and Mercado going to cash in the Judgment of almost a million dollars on an Entry of Default

that disbarred Attorney Conway fully participated in with the assistance of the court? This is Judicial

Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization! For Proof, see Los Angeles times Report of Maura

Dolan titled U.S. Judges see epidemic of prosecutorial misconduct in state, or Federal Judges

accuse California Bar of turning a blind eye to an epidemic of prosecutorial misconduct.
