Gavin Luxe products provoke the inevitable. !History !Based out of Long Beach, California, Gavin Luxe is a contemporary interpretation of vintage craftsmanship. We are enthusiastic practitioners of aromatherapy and we understand the benefits that essential oils bring when blended in the right way. Driven by our deep passion for practicing and blending oils, Gavin Luxe was established to share the benefits of sensual aromatherapy through a range of finest quality natural oils and resources available. We continue to develop and expand, and our products are now sold at exclusive retail outlets worldwide. !Pure & Natural !We love the inexhaustible variety of plants and flowers. There is an art to working with them. Taking the purest, natural ingredients, we create blends that enhance the oil’s inherent properties, turning them into rich, luxuriously scented products that deliver sensual experiences. !Every ingredient in every product has a role to play. The integrity of our ingredients it vital to us, and we actively source every essential oil, fragrance oil and plant extract that goes into our products. Our raw materials are native to some of the most native and remote places in the world. We take great care to ensure our ingredients are of the highest degree of purity, quality and ethical standards. !Gavin Luxe Candles !Gavin Luxe soy blend candles are hand poured in small batches only using the finest quality soy blend wax, cotton wicks and highest quality fragrance and essential oils. Our candles burn clean and produce a rich, lasting fragrance. Each Gavin Luxe soy candles tells a story of a person, time or experience.

!PAYMENT TERMS!100% payment is due at the time the order is placed. Acceptable forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Cash & Paypal.

!MAP POLICY!In an effort to promote fair competition across all retail outlets we have a Minimum Advertising Pricing (MAP) policy. All Gavin Luxe products, must have an advertised price of at least 100% markup from wholesale. Gavin Luxe reserves the right to refuse orders prospectively from Buyers who do not adhere to this policy.

!ORDER FULFILLMENT !Our current lead time for wholesale orders is 5 - 10 business days, unless notified. If we can process your order sooner we will let you know. Any orders requested before this time are subject to expediting fees. !TESTERS!Testers are available one per case pack at half off wholesale.

TERMS OF SALE

SHIPPING!All orders are F.O.B. from our studio. Shipping method is USPS or UPS unless specified. Please allow up to 10 days for shipping. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. If you would like expedited shipping, please notify us when you place your order. If you would like us to use your shipping account, please provide all necessary account information.

!RETURNS/REFUNDS!No returns will be accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL .

!LOST, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS!If there is any problems, shortages or breakage in your order please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after photos taken of the damaged merchandise are submitted to Gavin Luxe & Co for review. These photos must be sent via email to [email protected] . Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through FedEx tracking, will be replaced. !Her Simply the best Egyptian Musk EVER! A sensuous blend of rich vanilla, musk and sandalwood with mid notes of orange and lavender.

!Noir A seductive blend of vanilla, patchouli, tonka, amber musk and sandalwood topped with notes of peppercorn, fresh basil, thyme and sea salt.
