Role: NOC Engineer, Orange Business Services Profile: Working as Associate NOC Engineer Orange Business Services

IBNF is responsible for backbone network support on all Orange Business Services shared Networks and Services NOC is 24*7 team and mainly involved in Fault Management and Network Change Management, Network incident management, troubleshooting management activities for Orange Business Services backbone networks.

AGN:

AGN (ATM Global Network) designed training material and conducted trainings for the teams in troubleshooting and understanding the technology.

Performed proactive daily operational checks and maintenance NORTEL MAS Family consisting of Passport (7k, 15k) and DPN (100, 50).

Etrali Project is catering to financial firms associated with world major stock exchanges. Provided ETRALI backbone network/hardware L2 support from ETRALI GNOC India to

CSCs all over the world. Diagnosed incidents IP MPLS backbone network; supported by ALCATEL Service routers

(7750 SR-7 and SR-12), MRV router, ALCATEL ATM MSS (7270, 7470). Administered proactive supervision, maintenance & configuration changes of IP MPLS are a

part of our task.

Next Generation Voice (NEO)

This project is to build, deploy, commission and operate a new platform to carry Voice services through network to create a seamless voice platform capable of providing a set of Powerful voice Products.

Besides building the platform, the scope of NEO includes also defining Ordering, Production, Operation and Support mechanisms that are in line and fully integrated with the existing Equant processes.

IP Global network (IGN)

This network is intended for the provision of private virtual network services (VPN), Internet, and Voice over IP. At the end of October 2015, the network included 714 points of presence in over 141 countries. The number of IPVPN accesses was 351,000 as at June 30, 2016, an increase of +0.5% over a year.

The network is made up of Cisco high end core routers (P routers) and access routers (PE routers). The services are offered either directly on the access routers, or via Ethernet, DSL, FR and ATM network.
