    How do make sure I am rated well on my planner?

    1.Make sure you report well in advance in case of delays in activities/tasks/subi-tasks

    2.Timely weekly update to the PMO SPOC

    3. And last but not the least- Perform well and be an pro-active manager :)

    1.No "ongoing" task but current status report of that particular activity with visibility(minimum up2.No "TBD" task to be mentioned but alternative tasks and initiatives taken towards it.
