Gaumer Heat Transfer Fluid Vaporizer
Type GVOH
Fully gasketed electrical control enclosure withdoor mounted disconnect handle, temperatureindicator, pilot lights, and switches.
APPLICATIONS
Designed for use in process industries such aschemical, petrochemical, textile, and othersrequiring large amounts of accurately controlledheat at high temperatures with low operatingpressures. Recirculating fluids such as DowthermA, Dowtherm J, and Therminol VP-1 can bemaintained at temperatures as high as 750 F.Utilizing the vapor phase of these heat-transferfluids promotes high heat transfer rates and alsoclose temperature control.
Pre-engineered and proven design packagethat has been field tested under many kinds ofconditions.
STANDARD FEATURES
Low Watt-density Heavy Wall (.035in.thick) Incoloy 800 sheathed heatingelements arranged to provide "Even Heat"inside tube bundle.
All Welded 300 lb. Carbon Steel TankConstruction includes Hartford Loop Circuit ifdesired.
Vessel and Relief Valve ASME Certified to150psig @ 750F.
Gate valves (inlet and outlet) provide systemisolation from process when required.
Flanged inlet and outlet.
Industrial quality pressure gauges.
Electronic over-temperature control withseparate safety contactor and illuminated resetbutton.
Electronic PID Type indicating temperaturecontrol.
Installation, Operation, Parts List Manuals.

Process Controlling Digital Pressure Switchwith 4-20ma output to SCR Thyristor System.

SCR Thyristor Power Control - assures moreaccurate pressure/temperature control thanconventional systems and effectively reduceswatt-density during normal operations.
