What are Our Concepts?

Vibrating Device

• First, at the entrance of the registration location, a device will be provided to the family.

• Whenever the newcomer completes a stage of the process, the family will learn it with the device.

• Only when the newcomer would be able to go near his/her family after completing the process.

• If any unexpected problem occurs, the newcomer can contact with his/her family through the device. So the family’s involvement to the process (for unnecessary situations) will be prevented.

• Also the newcomer will be able to know where his/her family is and will be able to find them easily after completing the process.

• The devices which are given to the families also involves some kind of a map of registration location.

• Families will choose what to do by that map. They are not going to be near their children, they are going to be busy with other activities. The map will orient them.

• The map will first direct the family to the graduation desk.

Graduation Desk

• Graduation desk for families will be both informative & enjoyable.

• Desk will be comprised of a glass screen which shows some questions about school.

• The graduates will operate the process.

• If the family wants to ask questions about the school, the graduates will be there for their answers, as well.

• Families will choose what to do, they will either ask their questions to the graduates or play the game on the desk screen.

• After this stage, families can go to the amusement area.

The Amusement Area for Our Invisible Heroes

• The registration location will be kind of a feast area to amuse the parents.

• An amusing environment can contribute the emotional bond between the newcomer and family. (the newcomer will also participate his/her family after completing the process.)

• Also can relief the stress of the families and newcomers.

What It Consists Of?

• There will be lots of choices.1. Photo booth (especially for emotional bond)2. Foods/ Drinks3. More Games 4. Writing names to the souvenirs related to Koç

University 5. Giving presents to the parents (who won the

game on the desk screen)*It is the family’s choice which activity to participate.
