Big Saver® fire resistant storage vaults for gascilinders

Presurized gasclinders are a high risk in case of fire. Big Saver® vaults are suitable for the safe storage of gascilinders in the workplace as well as outside locations and provide optimal fire protection in case of a fire “from the outside to the inside” and “from the inside to the outside”. Under direct management developed and manufactured Big Saver® vaults are tested according to the Dutch Standard NEN 6069 with a fire resistance of 60 or 90 minutes. They also remain removable by their integrated hoisting device on the roof.

• Fire resistance 60 or 90 min. tested by recognized institute TNO Centre for Firesafety according to Dutch standard NEN 6069.

• Outerhousing made of galvinized trapedozial sheets with varnish in 5 standard RAL-colours.

• Double wall construction with incombustible miniral wool and fireresistant plates according tot Dutch standard NEN 6064.

• Standard performance with a single or double winged door equiped with doorlatch, automatic fireclosing system, panic rotary knob and lockable by a cilinderlock.

• Door provided with fire protective expanding strips for automatically closing of doorrebates in case of fire.

• Diametrically positioned airgrids with protective seals which automatically close in case of fire.

• Galvanized checker plate floor suitable for an equally divided load up to 1000 kg/m².

• Provided with gascilinderholders. • Provided with an earthing connection point. • Provided with a crane suspension device (empty transport only). • Markings in conformity with ISO 3864.

The Gascilinder-container model GD-MS is suitable for the outside storage of gascilinders and gascilinderpallets. • Walls and roof made of galvanized sandwichpanels with a core

of incombustible mineralwool according to Dutch standard NEN 6064.

• Fire resistance sandwichpanels tested by TNO Centre for Fire- safety according to Dutch standard NEN 6069.

• Fire classification sandwichpanel: A2-s1,d0 according to European standard EN 13501-1.

• Heavy duty galvanized inner steel construction. • Performance with fire resistant doors equiped with doorlatch,

automatic fireclosing system, panic rotary knob and cylinder- lock.

• Door with fire protective expanding strips for automatically closing of doorrebates in case of fire.

• Diametrically positioned airgrids with protective seals which automatically close in case of fire.
