❖ Since 2012, LNG plays a vital role for domestic LNG utilization in Indonesia with first LNGsupplying Power plants in Java island via FSRU West Java operated by PT Nusantara Regas.
❖ Other 3 LNG Receiving Facility : LNG Terminal in Arun, Aceh ; FSRU in Lampung ; LNG Terminalin Benoa, Bali.
❖ Arun LNG Terminal (operated by PT Perta Arun Gas) is supplying gas Power Plants and FertilizerPlant in Sumatera Island.
❖ Benoa LNG Terminal (operated by PT Pelindo Energy Logistic) is supplying gas for Pesanggaranpower plant in Bali.
❖ FSRU Lampung (operated by PT PGN LNG) is serving PT PGN to supply gas to its industrialcustumers including PLN in Lampung and West Java area.
❖ Compare to pipelined natural gas, PLN prefers LNG to operate its Gas Power Plants to serveload follower and peaking demand.
❖ PLN is now still the biggest off taker of LNG domestic with more than 90% of LNG domesticconsumption.
❖ In 2017, PLN absorbed 47 cargos of LNG, about 30% of ± 1300 BBTUD total gas demand.

New Gas Supply Secured by PLN
❖ Jambaran Tiung Biru field : DCQ = 100 BBTUD, first gas in = 2021, gas supply for = Central-East Java gas fired power plants (Tambak Lorok, Gresik, Grati),PSC contractor = PEPCI.
❖ Sembakung field (Simenggaris) : DCQ = 8 BBTUD, first gas in = 2021, gas supply for = Simenggaris gas fired power plant, located at well head,PSC contractor = JOB P-MEPS.
❖ Senoro field : DCQ = 5 BBTUD, first gas in = 2019, gas supply for = Luwuk gas fired power plant (40 MW), Sulawesi Tenggara,PSC contractor = JOB PMTS.
